Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, enjoying its close proximity to public transport and many local dining options. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable stay. However, I found the breakfast to be somewhat limited, which was a bit of a downside. Despite a few minor concerns, I would highly recommend this hotel for both families and individual travelers looking for a pleasant stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the recent renovations made parts of the room feel clean and modern, and it was handy to have a washing machine in the room. However, the bathroom was disappointing, with an old bathtub that had stains and mold, and the lack of breakfast benefits for higher-tier guests felt like a missed opportunity. Overall, I think there are better options in Bangkok for the price.
My experience at this hotel was mixed. The location is quite handy, offering easy access to public transport, and the room I stayed in was extremely clean and modern, which I appreciated. However, the service from the front desk was disappointing, leaving a sour note at checkout. While I enjoyed the quality of facilities, I couldn't overlook the service hiccup that marred my overall impression.
I had a great experience staying in a spacious two-bedroom suite with a lovely balcony, enjoying the pool area and the friendly atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was small but satisfying, and the location was very central. Unfortunately, my last stay was disappointing due to check-in issues and lack of proper housekeeping service which really diminished my overall experience. It left me with concerns about their service consistency.
My stay at Phachara Suite was a mix of highs and lows. The location is really convenient, just a short walk to the Nana BTS station and surrounded by eateries. However, my experience was marred by several service issues, particularly during check-in and housekeeping. The rooms are a great size for the price, but I did encounter some maintenance cleanliness lapses.
